Chaandi Handwoven Baskets

Introducing our Chaandi collection of natural handwoven serving baskets known as Changair, they are functional flat-plate shaped baskets with lifted edges to be used as tableware. Changair shallow baskets are traditionally used to serve bread but look equally beautiful on their own as an ensemble on any dinner table or as home wall hanging decor.

These beautiful baskets are intricately handwoven by skilled weavers from all over Pakistan. They are made with natural and locally harvested plant fibres making them eco-friendly. With proper care, these baskets last for years and serve many purposes.

Chaandi is the name for silver metal and colour in the Urdu language. These baskets are carefully hand weaved with a silver foil thread together with straw ribbons, giving them a unique sparkle.
